On my little jaunt to the exotic car dealerships in Greensboro NC, I saw a car that stirred my memory banks and you never, never, never see one on the road in NC, although apparently there is one in High Point. The Noble M400.
I was very lucky to drive one of these in the UK many years ago when they first came out and it was an experience like no other. Without a doubt, it was the best handling car I have ever driven. It was like being in Tron driving this thing. And the noise of the two whoosing turbo charger waste gates behind your head is totally unique to this car. Its only a V6 3.0 liter Ford block, but good grief, they wring every last ounce of power out of it at 425hp(ish) and 390 ftlb of torque.
The body style was bought off the Noble company by the Roisson Cars company, and you can still buy one as the Roisson Q1, but when this came out in the UK in 2004, there was nothing to come near it.
What a treat to find this. An astonishing car. If you ever get the chance to get behind the wheel of one of these, grab it with both hands, because you won't believe it.
Just to prove my point, here's Jeremy Clarkson's review of the original M12 (precursor to the 400) when it came out in the UK

You just have to know where to look we have a dozen Nobles in the shop right now mostly M400's with a couple M12's. California does have a sizable group of owners but they come to us from all over and yes they are a fantastic drivers car! Thanks for your thoughts!
